Job summary
Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager for our Singapore network. You will lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, guiding them to meet enrolment and growth targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires strong organization, sales acumen, and deep product knowledge of Aureus programmes. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and availability for retail hours including weekends.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
- Available to work retail hours and on weekends
- Strong adaptability and leadership instincts
- Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual is a plus
- Goal-driven with ability to prioritise growth initiatives at the centre
Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing sales calls daily
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments and conversion targets
- Mentor team to meet management targets
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions
- Retain customers through effective problem solving and uphold service standards
- Support centre growth by ensuring high customer satisfaction and low turnover
- Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
