Job summary

You will collaborate with the Centre Team and leadership to sustain growth, reduce student turnover, and ensure high-caliber client engagement through proactive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service
• Available to work retail hours and weekends
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingual ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard customer service and address inquiries
• Book trials, resolve issues, and foster positive interactions
• Communicate consistently with the team and management across channels
• Support the Centre Team and management to drive growth and reduce turnover
• Maintain SLA adherence for emails, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries
• Assist with centre, studio, or inventory audits and related tasks
