Job summary

Aureus Group, Singapore's leading arts education provider, is seeking a customer service-focused professional to join the Aureus Centre team. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and issues, delivering high-quality interactions to students and families.

In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with teachers and management, support centre operations, and contribute to reducing student turnover while upholding Aureus' service standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence by addressing inquiries, booking trials, resolving issues and ensuring positive interactions.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance.
• Communicate consistently with the team and management across channels.
• Pursue personal and professional growth and seek advancement opportunities within the company.
• Collaborate with Centre Team, Directors and teachers to support growth and reduce student turnover.
• Handle emails, WhatsApp inquiries and phone calls within SLAs; support operations including centre opening/closing and audits.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
