You will uphold the company values, communicate clearly across teams, and help drive client engagement and growth.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service, weekend availability, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or related roles.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and bookings.
• Maintain effective communication across channels and teams.
• Support center team and management to achieve growth.
• Contribute to audits, SOPs, and SLA adherence for operations.
• Foster teamwork and minimize student turnover through service excellence.
• Assist with inventory, schedules, and daily centre operations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and address issues promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
