Aureus Group is seeking a Customer Service professional for its Singapore centre. You will deliver high-quality service, handle inquiries, and book trials while upholding the company’s values and standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly with clients, teachers, and management. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and ongoing personal growth within the organisation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Able to work retail hours and weekends.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Outgoing, proactive and goal-driven.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and answer inquiries.
• Book trials, resolve issues, and log interactions.
• Communicate transparently across channels with brand values.
• Support growth by helping with onboarding and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Centre Team and leadership.
• Handle SLAs for customer inquiries via email/WhatsApp/phone.
• Assist with centre operations, audits, and inventory tasks.
• Contribute to high customer happiness and NPS scores.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
