Job summary

4S IT Solutions LLP in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR activities across multiple service centres. You will ensure compliance, maintain HR data accuracy, and support staff through onboarding, payroll verification, and employee lifecycle processes.

This role suits someone who thrives in a multi-location environment, can work independently, and coordinates with facility teams, regulators, and cross-functional partners to deliver quality HR

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR operations experience, Singapore-focused.
• Payroll verification and leave/claims processing experience.
• Knowledge of MOM guidelines and local compliance.
• Experience handling multi-site HR operations and data reporting.
• Proficiency with HR systems (HRMS) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with facility teams.
• Manage employee lifecycle: confirmations, renewals, exits.
• Review payroll outputs and verify attendance and allowances.
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions (MSF, NCSS, AIC).
• Oversee foreign staff matters and compliance tracking.
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy and support reporting.
• Support training coordination and handling simple employee queries.
