Job summary

Netpluz Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR and Admin Executive to oversee all HR functions, develop and implement policies, manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and compensation administration.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain confidential records, support managers, and help design development programs while contributing to a positive work environment and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor regulations
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely staffing and compliance
• Oversee onboarding processes for smooth employee integration and policy adherence
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee relations
• Design and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus schemes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws by monitoring contracts, working hours, and leave
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and HRIS
• Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes
