Qualifications

• English, Mandarin and Cantonese required; all three languages needed to engage stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or Degree required.
• Solid computer and keyboarding skills; proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with a professional attitude.
• Act as a single point of contact for billing questions, payments, and account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through online platforms and mobile apps.
