Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2 years of related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver services to achieve high customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
