Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle phone and email inquiries from the public. You will resolve issues efficiently, support process improvements, and maintain positive customer relationships while adhering to quality guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in contact centres or equivalent, good English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Training up to 4 weeks, office location in Chai Chee/ Bedok.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English; active listening, clear phone etiquette and written skills.
• Experience in contact centre or service industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and/or emails from the public.
• Resolve enquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and proper procedures.
• Handle escalations proficiently and maintain relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Quality Management System.
