Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service professional in Singapore to handle customer inquiries, maintain a friendly and professional attitude, and promote digital service usage. The role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to work a 5-day rotating shift schedule.

You will engage with customers across channels, resolve issues promptly, and strive to meet KPI targets while upholding risk standards in a fast-paced contact environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GCE O levels or higher.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Open to applicants with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to general and transactional inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer requests.
• Encourage the use of digital services to customers.
• Deliver high quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction while upholding risk standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer queries and requests.
• Multi-task while interacting with customers and navigating multiple screens in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet KPIs without compromising service quality.
• Adhere to professional behavior and conduct with customers and colleagues.
• Operate within 8:30am–8:30pm, 5-day work week with rotating shifts including Sundays and public holidays.
• Shift patterns: 8:30am–6:00pm, 8:45am–6:15pm, 10:00am–7:30pm, 11:00am–8:30pm; some shifts extend to 12am.
