Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales or customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through research and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations and tenders tailored to customer requirements and project specifications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve customer issues.
• Support the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to ensure data integrity.
