Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is looking to hire a Billing Customer Service Specialist in Singapore. This role will manage billing and subscription inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and improve billing processes through user feedback analysis. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a relevant customer service role and be bilingual in English and Mandarin.

The position is a one-year contract and involves collaboration with Finance and Engineering teams to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in billing support or finance-related customer service role.
• Experience in a tech or SaaS company is highly preferred.
• High degree of integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all user inquiries related to billing.
• Investigate and troubleshoot payment discrepancies and transaction failures.
• Clearly communicate financial information and billing policies to users.
• Analyze trends in user payment feedback to improve billing processes.
• Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to solve complex billing issues.
