Job summary

8 MEDI-AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic outbound call center specialist to engage prospects from an assigned pool and set appointments.

You will maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while communicating with prospects and clients to secure bookings. You will handle appointment reminders, rescheduling, and occasional ad hoc duties as directed by supervision. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with bilingual clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
• Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
