Job summary

A leading bank in Singapore is looking for a Mortgage Specialist to develop its mortgage loans portfolio and provide excellent end-to-end loan advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, engaging with clients, and building strong relationships with property agents and developers. A degree is required along with prior experience in mortgage sectors, and candidates should be results-oriented and self-driven. Flexible working hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors is highly preferred.
• Candidates may be required to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of retail customers.
• Acquire new customers through cold-calling, referrals, and active participation in road shows.
• Develop strong alliances with property agents, lawyers, and developers for referrals.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to internal policies.

You are expected to achieve individual sales target while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process.

Requirements

• A recognised University Degree/Diploma
• Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors is highly preferred.
• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients
• Proven ability to exceed sales target
• Resourceful
• Candidates may be required to work on weekends
