A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking a Mid-Level Communication & Digital Designer to lead creative development across branding, digital products, and integrated communication touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, strong UX/UI skills, and a portfolio showcasing high-quality design work. We are seeking a Mid-Level Communication & Digital Designer to lead creative development across branding, digital products, and integrated communication touchpoints. This is a hands‑on, conceptually driven role where you will shape visual direction, contribute to strategic thinking, and deliver high‑quality design work from initial idea through final execution.
Our projects are typically long‑term, multifaceted, and multidisciplinary. You will often lead specific parts of a work stream, collaborating closely with Principals, Directors, senior designers, project managers, developers, and external partners. You should bring experience across branding, websites, digital interfaces, environmental graphics, and other experiential or communication‑led projects.
This role suits a designer with strong visual and conceptual abilities, a solid grasp of UX/UI principles, and the capability to move confidently between digital and physical design contexts.
Collaborate with Principals, Directors, and design teams to translate project objectives into compelling creative concepts.
Lead ideation sessions and contribute strategic thinking, rationale, and storytelling to drive design direction.
Prepare and present concepts, prototypes, and visual narratives for internal and client‑facing presentations.
Lead communication design tasks including branding, visual identity development, layout design, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
Create holistic design solutions that extend across physical, print, and digital touchpoints.
Ensure design integrity, brand consistency, and creative quality throughout all project phases.
Develop user‑centered design solutions for websites, platforms, and digital products.
Produce wireframes, user flows, interaction patterns, and high‑fidelity interface designs.
Work within and contribute to design systems to maintain consistency and scalable visual patterns.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
Build interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Framer, or Adobe XD.
Apply UX principles to improve usability, hierarchy, and user journeys across digital experiences.
Support or lead research and discovery phases, including user interviews, workshops, testing sessions, or stakeholder alignment meetings.
Translate insights into actionable design directions and clearly communicate design rationale.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—design, strategy, envionments, production, and external consultants.
Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, supporting their growth and development.
Help manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables to support studio performance and project success.
Confidently manage portions of a project independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and presentation abilities.
Confident, thoughtful communicator who can articulate design rationale and strategic intent.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong working skills in UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user‑centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong typography, visual identity, layout, and composition skills.
Experience preparing files for print, production, and digital development.
Bonus: motion design, 3D, video editing or experience with physical computing.
3+ years of experience in communication design, branding, digital design, or comparable creative environments.
Degree in Communication Design, Visual Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or related specialization (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven experience working across disciplines (e.g., branding + digital + environmental graphics).
A portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual communication, conceptual thinking, and high‑quality digital and physical design solutions.
