Job summary

META RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Singapore. You will engage guests, guide the service team, and uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, atmosphere, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with management on daily operations, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability, while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment that motivates staff and delights guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for Food & Beverage.
• Enjoys guest interaction and delivering high-quality service.
• Team player with strong teamwork.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel environment preferred.
• Self-starter who welcomes challenges.
• Must have Michelin-star restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with guests and maintain high quality service standards.
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Continue to increase guest satisfaction levels.
• Support daily operations with managers, assist with forecasting, weekly schedules, and profitability evaluation.
• Take responsibility, with managers, for the look and feel of operations, including decor and atmosphere.
