Job summary

TEA BENCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

You will supervise service staff, maintain service standards, lead daily briefings, handle guest requests, and coordinate with kitchen teams to deliver timely, courteous service.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and is willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Food & Beverage, preferably in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service staff during daily operations.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
• Assist in table allocation, reservations, and guest seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely food delivery.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
