Job summary

Food Concepts Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Captain/Supervisor to lead restaurant service operations and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic F&B environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, immediate weekend availability, and a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure service excellence, and contribute to sales through upselling and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in Food & Beverage.
• Immediate availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant service operations to ensure smooth outlet performance.
• Maintain and enforce service and cleanliness standards consistently throughout the outlet.
• Deliver prompt and excellent customer service to satisfy all guests.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu to inform and upsell to guests.
