Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and inquire about the purpose of visit.
• Greet guests promptly with eye contact, courtesy and a smile.
• Present menus and highlight promotions and items not available.
• Take and repeat orders, and inform guests of estimated service time.
• Supervise mise-en-place preparation and topping up for side stations.
• Operate POS system efficiently to enter orders.
• Monitor inventory checks and ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Ensure compliance with food & beverage safety and hygiene policies.
• Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Delegate tasks to servers and captains to maintain service standards.
