JK KINGS PARADISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Captain to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction in a busy dining environment in Singapore. You will lead by example, upsell, and ensure guests receive accurate order handling and timely service.

The role emphasizes attention to menu details, handling dietary requests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the Restaurant Manager to meet daily targets and guest expectations.

Qualificações

• Hardworking and motivated, team player with passion for food and service.
• Well-groomed, clean and professional appearance.
• Leadership training preferred; practical experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, excellent and professional service to all guests.
• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
• Assist fellow team members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.
• Check that all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests on their requests and deliver based on their needs.
• Upsell and be knowledgeable about the menu to enhance dining experience.
• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving goals and KPIs.
• Upsell, charm guests with knowledge of F&B products, and explain menu preparation methods.
• Read guest types and tailor service to the dining experience.
• Maintain utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
