Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage overall technical and project responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Electrical and Mechanical field, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and supervising site activities. Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera Software is highly preferable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Electrical and Mechanical Field.
• Large scale IR project experience is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall technical and project management of assigned project.

• To lead, control and supervise the subordinate to achieve the goal;
• Reporting to the Project Manager;
• Ensure all construction activities comply with technical requirement and specification;
• Attend regular technical meeting and to resolve technical issue;
• To monitor overall progress and technical matters for all current project;
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representative

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Electro-mechanical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Electrical and Mechanical Field;
• Large scale IR project experience is highly preferable;
