Medical Sales Representative
Company Overview

We are a leading provider of healthcare products, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders across the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our product portfolio.

  • Up to $2,500 basic salary + monthly allowance + Monthly commission (ranging from $200 to $1,000) + Variable performance-based bonus.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and open new client accounts, driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value of our products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other key stakeholders, addressing their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Event Participation: Organize and actively participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the company's products and engage with potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Accountability: Report to management on sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve both individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to overall team success.
