Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in medical device, automotive or aerospace industries.
• Hands-on experience with design verification/validation in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of DOE, regulatory standards (IEC, FDA, ISO, GMP), and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, protocols, and reports for verification and validation.
• Manage prototype and testing lab operations, equipment upkeep, calibration, and budgeting.
• Design automated and manual test procedures and fixtures.
• Conduct feasibility and benchmark testing with development and quality teams.
• Liaise with external labs and equipment vendors to support testing needs.
• Identify, track, and communicate issues and risks throughout development.
• Present test results and insights to project and management teams.
