Responsibilities

• Management of Engineering Projects:Take ownership of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

• Cost Estimation Assistance:Collaborate with the team to assist in the cost estimation for projects, helping ensure that the projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.

• Coordination & Communication:Liaise with cross‑functional teams (design, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated and milestones are met.

• Project Documentation:Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

• Problem Solving:Proactively identify and address project‑related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Competencies & Requirements

• Education:Master / Degree holder in Engineering or related field.

• Experience:1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.

• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Project Management Knowledge:Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
