Qualifications

  • Preferably 1 year of related experience or fresh graduates welcome.
  • Good in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with operations dashboards is an added advantage.

About the role

This is a 1 year contract renewable opportunity for a Material Handler Specialist, Operations to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.

What you'll be doing
  • Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues.
  • Order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.
  • Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports when required.
  • Perform cycle count administration.
  • Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
  • Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
  • Report to the Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
  • Comfortable with lifting ~15-20kg goods when required.
  • Perform outbound transactions in required system SAP.
  • Performing receiving in WMS system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
  • Preferably 1 year of related experience (Fresh grads/no exp welcome).
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA).
  • Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
  • WMS knowledge preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.

  1. Alps Ave - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:30 - 18:15
  2. Alps Ave - 4 Nights (Monday–Friday any 4 nights): 20:30 - 08:30
  3. Changi South - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 20:30 - 06:15
  4. Greenwich- 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:00 - 17:45
  5. Greenwich- 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 11:15 - 21:00
  6. Tampines - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:00 - 17:45
