Job summary

A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage budgets and develop marketing opportunities. Responsibilities

• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products
• Anticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budget
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by Company

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate in Tamil/Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge on indian products will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred
• Willing to do rotating shift work
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
• Deep understanding of category terminology, market trends and industry
• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits and vegetables.
• Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in supermarkets.
• Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills
• Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strive towards meeting/exceeding sales goals and monthly sales target
