We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and results-driven Marketing & PR Manager to lead our school’s marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strategic marketing expertise (especially in social media marketing) and operational leadership skills to strengthen our school's presence. Job Duties & Requirements:
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm).
- Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with the leadership team to plan and implement cost-effective marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
- Manage and update the school’s website and social media channels with engaging content.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities to expand outreach.
- Oversee copywriting, graphic design, and branding efforts, ensuring alignment with the school's image.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance (SEO, SEM, digital campaigns) to optimize strategies.
- Prepare and present business updates to stakeholders.
- Supervise and collaborate with the in-house graphic design team.
Qualification/Experience Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Mid-career professionals looking to transition into marketing & PR are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, public relations, or event planning is an advantage.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media management, and marketing analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and media partners.
