Job summary

A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Administrator to manage full accounting tasks and support HR responsibilities. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves coordinating with external parties and ensuring accurate payroll preparation, among other responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and financial month-end closing.
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and manage related HR duties.

Responsibilities

Job Scope & Responbilities :

  • Handle for full set of account
  • Financial month end closing
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents and tax authorities
  • Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,
  • Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission
  • Responsible of IRAS AIS,IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.
  • MOM WPOL/EPOL/ matter
  • Handling other admin duties
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Administrative Administrator
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support programme owners in the project management and execution of solutions.
  • Create effective programme communications and manage registration process
  • Timely update the project plan, flag to Solution Owners for any potential risks, suggesting solutions where possible
  • Execute multiple projects and deliver high quality services on time and within budget
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and build internal networks
Competencies and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in organisation psychology, human resources, organisational development or related field
  • Strong programme management and project execution skills, including work planning, reporting, risk and issue resolution, budget management, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal Mandarin and English
  • Strong client service orientation – i.e. attention to detail, able to anticipate client needs, strive for excellence in quality of deliverables
