About Us
We are a growing F&B group in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to plan restaurant promotions, organise events, and create engaging content. This role also involves tracking promotional budgets and preparing marketing cost reports to support management decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute restaurant promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer events.
- Create marketing content including food and ambience photos/videos for social media platforms.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing collaterals.
- Track marketing expenses, prepare promotion cost reports, and evaluate ROI of campaigns.
- Support restaurant branding, advertising, and customer loyalty programmes.
- Assist management in business development initiatives and marketing-related administration.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and event planning.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for budget tracking and marketing ROI analysis.
- Creative, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SGD 5,600 – 6,500 (commensurate with experience)
