Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore seeks a Marketing Head to translate and execute brand strategies aligned with global TA strategy. The role involves strategic development, driving business results, process collaboration, and performance management. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing and people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and strong marketing competencies, alongside the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience within CRM-related therapeutic areas such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, or type 2 diabetes.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation and execution of the ROPU Therapeutic Area (TA) / Survodutide and brand strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute ROPU brand and TA strategies.
  • Manage allocated TA Direct Promotion (DP) budget.
  • Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation and adoption of platforms.
