Role Overview
We are a small but fast-growing tuition centre in Singapore, built on strong academic outcomes and modern, content-driven student acquisition. As a lean and ambitious team, we move fast, experiment often, and expect real ownership. We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead who will own the end-to-end marketing and sales process, from campaign ideation to student conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Marketing & Sales Ownership: Design and own the entire student acquisition funnel.
- Plan how leads are generated, nurtured, and converted into signups.
- Champion marketing campaigns from concept to execution and post-campaign review.
- Take responsibility for outcomes (e.g. enquiries, trial sign-ups, enrolments).
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning: Craft a clear, actionable marketing plan aligned with enrolment targets.
- Plan and launch specific campaigns (e.g. crash courses, exam-season pushes, TikTok Live series, free trial funnels).
- Identify target segments (students vs parents, level-specific strategies).
- Track performance metrics and continuously iterate.
- Content Creation & Social Media: Plan/design/shoot/edit/create short-form videos, images, captions, and posts.
- Manage posting schedules and content calendars.
- Repurpose TikTok Live content into clips for sustained reach.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and credibility.
- TikTok Live & Tutor-Led Marketing: Plan TikTok Live teaching and engagement strategies as a key growth channel.
- Guide tutors on structuring live lessons for engagement and conversion, communicating value clearly to students and parents, and handling basic sales messaging naturally during live sessions.
- Coordinate live schedules and coach tutors on basic on-screen presence and messaging.
Beneficial Prior Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly valued:
- Marketing or growth roles in education, tuition, or enrichment centres
- Running or scaling TikTok, Instagram, or short-form video accounts
- Planning and executing lead-generation or conversion-focused campaigns
- Creator-led marketing, influencer marketing, or live commerce
- Early-stage startup or small business environments
- Graphic design, video-editing for social media posts
