About the Role

We are a leading real estate agency seeking an all‑rounded marketer with a strong passion for content creation, graphic design, scripting and short‑form video. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys collaborating with people, working closely with agents, and bringing stories to life—both behind and in front of the camera.

Working within the Marketing and Communications Department, you’ll support project marketing, campaigns, social media content development and management, and corporate events and marketing initiatives across digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing content for social media platforms: through graphic design, short‑form video, email marketing, editorials, postings and trend spotting.
  • Create, shoot, and edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, work with stakeholders, and deliverables independently–leading yourself and peers.
  • Appear on camera when required (e.g. interviews, explainers, social content).
  • Support content planning, scheduling, content management of calendar, and trend‑led ideas across social platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and video content.
  • Assist in campaign rollouts, project launches, events, and internal communications.
  • Lead and develop copy writing, scripting, content idea, social media strategy and content development.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (real estate experience is a bonus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proficient in mobile filming and mobile editing.
  • Familiar with email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp or SendX).
  • Familiar with launching Digital Marketing Ads on Meta and YouTube is a PLUS.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people and teams.
  • Creative, proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with strong ownership.
