Job description
What you'll do:

As a Marketing Executive within this vibrant team, you will play an integral role in driving the success of major product launches and brand activations across the region.

  • Support the planning and execution of comprehensive brand activations and new product launches by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in organising consumer activation events, including managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and overseeing in-store promotions to maximise brand visibility.
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as PR, Legal, Sales, and agencies to secure necessary approvals for campaign materials and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Prepare supporting documents including product information sheets, pack shots, lifestyle images, and other visual assets required for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather best practices, share insights, and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.
  • Work alongside social media agencies to manage community engagement on Facebook pages for Innovations, monitoring competitor strategies and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop engaging social media content calendars in partnership with agencies while ensuring all assets meet censorship clearance requirements and usage rights protocols.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing teams to develop point-of-sale materials (POSM), review local adaptations for brand consistency, and ensure timely delivery of promotional assets.
  • Oversee packaging projects by adhering to strict timelines, conducting artwork checks against master templates, managing marketing claims accuracy with Legal, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Handle financial processes efficiently by managing purchase orders (PO), quotations, vendor creation, invoice tracking, and ensuring prompt payments.
What you bring:

To excel as a Marketing Executive in this role, your background should include proven experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns—ideally within FMCG or similar industries—where you have demonstrated strong organisational capabilities.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required to demonstrate foundational knowledge relevant to this position.
  • At least two to three years of hands-on experience in marketing roles ensures you can contribute effectively from day one.
  • Familiarity with regional markets is advantageous but not mandatory; openness to learning about these regions is valued.
  • Excellent analytical skills enable you to interpret data from campaigns and make informed recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication abilities allow you to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners such as agencies or vendors.
  • Strong time-management skills help you balance competing deadlines across multiple projects without compromising quality or accuracy.
