Job description

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and lead a team of designers to deliver creative, high-impact work on time
• Design engaging visuals for online platforms (e-commerce banners, digital ads, social media content) and offline campaigns (catalogues, campaign pages, POP materials, etc.)
• Strengthen brand identity by ensuring a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints
• Contribute to video production, from assisting in shoots to editing campaign and promotional videos
• Develop conversion-focused designs that drive engagement and support business growth
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to produce campaigns that resonate with audiences
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest trends in design, marketing, and e-commerce
• Juggle multiple projects, streamline workflows, and optimize resources across the design team
