Job summary

A marketing company located in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Customer Relations Executive to drive marketing campaigns and manage customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing and customer service. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, managing digital channels, and handling customer queries. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to $3,200.

🔴Working location: Toh Guan

🔴Salary: up to $3,200

🔴Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Duties

Marketing (70%)

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to promote security products and services.

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, and presentations.

  • Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email, Google Ads, and SEO.

  • Monitor marketing performance and work with vendors on website updates and renewals.

  • Support sales campaigns and coordinate customer engagement activities (e.g. corporate gifts).

Customer Relations & Retention (30%)

  • Manage retention inbox and route enquiries (termination, renewal, billing, service, new leads) to relevant teams.

  • Handle customer complaints, conduct fact-finding, and prepare incident reports.

  • Support Retention and AR teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

  • Work with Manager to improve service processes and team efficiency.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Customer Service, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or customer service roles.

  • Experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or customer retention.

  • Good knowledge of marketing principles and basic data analysis.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is an advantage.
