About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who’s as comfortable holding a camera as they are building a landing page. If you’re a content creator who has “leveled up” into digital marketing — someone who can film, edit, design, and also turn ideas into funnels that generate real leads — this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with the founders of a design & build firm specialising in landed homes in Singapore. Your work will shape both the company brand and the founder’s personal brand, with immediate impact on business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Shadow the founder on site to film and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and script video/story content so the founder can simply show up and record.
  • Design graphics and materials (social posts, brochures, onboarding packs, sales decks).
  • Manage and update website content for a seamless customer experience.
  • Build simple funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, email follow-ups.
  • Write persuasive copy for social posts, sales funnels, and marketing collateral.
  • Track campaign performance and propose creative ways to improve growth.
  • Support outreach to affiliates (e.g. property agents) with marketing collaterals and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation (video, design, social media).
  • Exposure to funnels/lead generation (landing pages, email, CRM, or ads).
  • Strong copywriting and design skills — able to simplify and persuade.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, resourceful, and hungry to grow with the business.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Google/Meta/TikTok ads, but not mandatory.
