Job summary

Job description
1. Programme Planning & Execution
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community programmes and events
  • Liaise with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Assist with logistics, scheduling, and on-ground coordination during events
  • Collect feedback and support post-programme reporting
2. Marketing & Communications
  • Manage ECS communication channels (social media, website, WhatsApp broadcasts, email)
  • Create basic marketing content such as posters, social media posts, and event write-ups
  • Support fundraising campaigns through marketing and storytelling
  • Ensure communications align with ECS’s mission and branding
3. Community Engagement & Outreach
  • Support outreach efforts to engage seniors, families, volunteers, and partners
  • Assist in promoting programmes and events to the community
  • Build positive relationships with beneficiaries and partners
4. Content Creation & Documentation
  • Draft simple captions, announcements, and short write-ups
  • Take photos and videos during programmes and events (where applicable)
  • Maintain records of programme activities and marketing materials
5. Administrative & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support related to programmes and communications
  • Assist in tracking participation, attendance, and engagement
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields

• Experience in programmes coordination, marketing, communications, or community work

• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital tools (e.g. Canva, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut etc)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to be hands‑on and support on‑ground activities

Working Arrangement

• Full‑time position (5.5 days work week)

• On‑site and community‑based work, with some administrative office hours
