A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a full-time Programme Coordinator. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of community programs, managing communication channels, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communications or Marketing and experience in community work. Strong skills in social media management and communication are essential. This position requires on-site and community-based work with some administrative tasks involved.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in programmes coordination, marketing, communications, or community work
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital tools (e.g. Canva, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut etc)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be hands‑on and support on‑ground activities
• Full‑time position (5.5 days work week)
• On‑site and community‑based work, with some administrative office hours
