Job summary

A prominent seafood company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. You will oversee marketing strategies, collaborate with teams, and manage campaigns. The ideal candidate has up to 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and a diploma in business or marketing. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to create engaging content, including in Mandarin. A passion for seafood is a plus.

Qualifications

Overview

MARKETING BRAND MANAGER

A key player in the seafood sector, the company’s services include seafood trading, processing and retailing. The company believes in sustainability and bringing the best seafood for all to enjoy. Do note that this is an on-site role.

- You are required to dutifully and conscientiously perform your obligations to the Company. In doing so, you shall be responsible for all matters relating to your role as Brand and Marketing Manager.

- You are responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

- Your role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management
    • Maintain branding integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives, communications, and company assets.
    • Monitor and report on brand performance against targets and forecasts.
    • Implement and track customer survey measures to ensure brand engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Marketing and Communications
    • Drive the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns to meet both brand and commercial objectives.
    • Content development and distribution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and execute acquisition activities across all mediums (e-commerce, supermarket roadshows, live sales, trade exhibitions, etc).
    • Lead effective tracking, measurement and reporting of all marketing and communications initiatives via dashboards and detailed analysis.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
  3. Marketing leadership and management
    • External Vendor Management:
      • Establish and maintain productive relationships with external vendors, including design and advertising agencies, media agencies, and premium companies.
      • Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of external service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
    • Driving marketing excellence internally:
      • Lead and manage the in-house marketing and design teams, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
      • Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring continuous professional development and high performance.
  4. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management
Qualifications
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in-house and in the FMCG industry.
  • Diploma/bachelor’s in business and/or marketing preferred.
  • Have proven tracked record of leading digital media campaigns (both paid and unpaid) from planning to implementation, tracking and reporting. Familiar with digital marketing ad buy and its technical requirements.
  • A good eye for aesthetic.
  • Possess relevant skills for social media content creation with a solid portfolio to show.
  • Able to use CapCut or other video editing software to create reels/TikToks.
  • Able to produce content in Mandarin for China market.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects and deliver them within given timelines.
  • Able to work with and manage designers and agencies.

A plus if you have:

  • Website management experience (Shopify).
