Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing Manager or Brand Communications role, preferably within Retail or Fashion.
  • Relevant degree/qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects/campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Brand Communications Manager. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver all external communication and to plan, deliver and execute all global marketing communications for the brand.

You will enable our vision by supporting the delivery of our brand marketing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, PR and influencer. Developing and executing local area marketing opportunities,consumer activity, as well as liaising with stores and internal / external stakeholders to ensure all relevant information is communicated effectively and consistent globally.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing Manager or Brand Communications Manager role, preferably within Retail or Fashion
  • Relevant degree / qualification i.e. Marketing, Communications
  • Sound knowledge of consumer marketing
  • Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects / campaigns at once
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, regions, varying customers and seasons
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Experience leading and coaching a team
  • Ability to analyse and respond to campaign insights
