• Support the marketing team with client or audience enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Help update and maintain marketing databases and CRM tools.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for marketing activities.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Organize and file marketing documents, visuals, and branding assets.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and content distribution.
• Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing team.
