Job description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and administrative operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations, reporting, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to and manage incoming hotline and general enquiry calls professionally

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling, data entry, documentation, and reporting

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal training and marketing activities

  • Prepare, pack, and arrange goods for shipment, including preparation of shipping documentation

  • Handle Letters of Credit (LC) documentation and coordinate bank submissions

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecast and pending order reports

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing support, sales coordination, or administrative roles

  • Exposure to documentation handling, reporting, or logistics coordination will be an advantage

  • Good organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight timelines

Working Arrangements
  • Working Location:
    Ang Mo Kio Avenue

  • Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

  • Work Arrangement:
    100% office-based

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,600 per month

  • Variable Bonus: Performance-based (subject to individual and company performance)
