Role Overview
The Manufacturing Program Engineer supports end‑to‑end execution of manufacturing programs by coordinating product, process, and cross‑functional activities. The trainee program is divided into three divisions: 1) Quality Program Engineer 2) Manufacturing Product Engineer 3) Technical Program Engineer. The role focuses on smooth product introduction, stable mass production and continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites, particularly within the electronics, AI and robotics industries.
Quality Program Engineer
- Drive quality planning and implementation across manufacturing programs to meet global quality standards.
- Analyze production and field data to identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional and overseas teams to ensure consistent quality performance during NPI and mass production.
- Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet global quality standards during NPI and mass production.
- Support product industrialization by optimizing design for manufacturability, improving yields, and resolving production issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve product and process issues.
Manufacturing Product Engineer (Product Engineering)
- Support product industrialization by optimizing design for manufacturability, improving yields, and resolving production issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve product and process issues.
- Lead engineering changes, documentation, and validation to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Act as the bridge between R&D and Manufacturing to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
Technical Program Engineer
- Manage technical program execution, timelines, and deliverables across multi‑site manufacturing projects.
- Serve as the technical interface between engineering, manufacturing, and global stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and drive issue resolution to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective program delivery.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and global stakeholders to ensure technical readiness, on‑time delivery, and successful execution of manufacturing programs.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years relevant experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing quality concepts is an advantage.
- This is a full‑time, on‑site position with training and placement at our headquarters in Singapore office. Onboard for 1–2 months and long‑term base in selected locations in China region (Suzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen).
