Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints to complete tool crating.
• Manage inventory according to procedures.
• Help resolve customer shipment issues and complaints.
• Ensure fulfillment of all orders and shipments on time.
• Package materials and prepare them for shipment.
• Collaborate with departments to fix delivery issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support operations as needed during weekends and holidays.
