About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Circular Manufacturing Lead (or Factory Manager / Facilities / Plant Representative) to oversee daily operations, process optimisation, and team management at a growing circular‑materials production facility. This role encompasses operational leadership, R&D execution, and technical supervision within a chemical‑processing and advanced‑materials environment.

You will work with a small but dynamic team—including technicians, operators, and interns—to drive efficient, safe, and high‑quality recovery of carbon‑fibre materials. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about sustainability, materials science, and circular manufacturing innovation.

📍 Location: Tai Seng, Singapore (WFH Arrangement)

🕒 Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and ensure smooth production
