Job summary

A global clean-mobility technology leader in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to production processes and maintain equipment. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, support new product start-ups, and work in a dynamic team environment. A willingness to work rotating shifts is required. The role promises meaningful contributions to sustainable mobility solutions.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Triple E, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bonus if have at least 2-3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and basic industrial automation systems.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts and support overtime as and when required.
  • Good communication skills and able to work in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering and technical support to manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults.
  • Manage accurate records of equipment spare parts.
  • Support new product start-ups to ensure smooth production ramp-up.

Proficiency in PLC programming

Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing and moulding processes
