A leading aerospace company in Singapore is looking for a Manufacturing – NPI specialist to lead repair process development for Component Repair New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on collaboration across global teams. The Manufacturing – NPI is responsible for the timely development and industrialization of Component Repair New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, working with relevant functional teams, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met.
