Job Scope

• Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5‑axis milling on materials ranging from Aluminium, Titanium to Inconel 718.
• Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc.
• Control of machining cycle time within target including all in‑machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.
• Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.
• Work with the MRB team for troubleshooting of non‑conformance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5‑axis programming using Mastercam.
• Knowledge of 5‑axis Machining, Macro Programs, Error Proofing and Machine Codes.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Frequent travelling may be required for test cut in overseas subsidiaries.
