• 7am to 4:30pm/ 4pm- 1:30am (Rotating shift)
• 1 year contract (Renewable)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in both classroom and practical settings with hands‑on experience in semiconductor operations and a strong ability to translate technical knowledge into effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training through classroom lectures and practical exercises.
• Follow and adhere to the prescribed training curriculum.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving training processes.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction within the assigned area.
• Assist in planning and support managers and senior staff as needed.
• Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and promote safety as a core value.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or other related Engineering disciplines
• Hands‑on experience in equipment assembly, system build, testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Basic electrical/electronic knowledge (e.g., multimeter usage).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative and willingness to suggest process improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange information with team members.
