A leading technology firm is seeking a senior executive in Singapore to drive core strategy and business growth across the Asia-Pacific region. The role includes leading a regional team, overseeing operations and resource allocation, and managing public relations. Applicants should have over 20 years of experience, strong technical expertise in digital solutions, and proven success in international market development. This position involves close collaboration with government and industry partners to enhance the company's brand and influence in the region.
Undertake the group's international strategy, formulate medium andlong-term business plans and annual operating plans for the Asia-Pacificregion, and be fully responsible for market insight and competitive analysis,customer development strategies, solution implementation paths, etc.
Coordinate the bidding, negotiation and contract signing of majorprojects, promote the implementation of joint business plans with strategicpartners, and build regional benchmark projects.
Establish a sales funnel and performance tracking system to ensure theachievement of quarterly/annual revenue targets, and regularly report progressto the group headquarters.
Build and lead the Asia-Pacific regional team, establish across-cultural management mechanism, improve organizational efficiency, andcultivate key talents and local managers.
Formulate team KPIs, strengthen sales empowerment, promotecross-departmental collaboration, and deepen customer relationships.
Optimize the regional organizational structure and processes to adapt tothe response speed of the local market and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate regional budget preparation, cost control and resourceallocation, effectively coordinate resources/needs between the groupheadquarters and various countries in the Asia-Pacific region, ensure theoptimal input-output ratio, and improve efficiency.
Promote the localized adaptation of solutions, and create differentiatedcompetitive advantages by combining regional regulations, technical standardsand customer habits.
Expand and maintain relationships with government agencies, industryassociations, local partners and Chinese-funded overseas enterprises in the region to build a regional ecological network.。
Represent iSoftStone to participate in industry summits, technicalforums and other activities to enhance brand awareness and industry influence.
Collaborate with various professional departments to ensure that thebusiness of various countries in the region strictly complies with the laws andregulations of the respective countries, establish a compliance reviewmechanism, and avoid policy and legal risks.
1、Possess solid technical expertise (such as relevant technical knowledge in digitaltransformation, cloud services, intelligent solutions, etc.), be able to accurately understand customers' technical needs, effectively connect technicalteams with the market end, and provide professional support for businessdevelopment.
2、Have rich practical experience in international market development, with successfulcases of building regional business systems from scratch, developing newmarkets or incubating new business lines, and be able to independently identify market opportunities and convert them into actual performance.
3、Morethan 20 years of work experience, with mature strategic thinking, risk controlawareness and business decision-making ability. Familiar with the businessenvironment and cross-cultural collaboration management model in theAsia-Pacific region, able to effectively lead diverse teams, and coordinate regionalresource collaboration and business advancement.
